2 Detectives

This volume of 2 Detectives pairs two ladies of intellect, ingenuity, and a willingness to work hard to get past dire circumstances. Success in business also brings these women into contact with adventure and mystery, and they are more than capable of handling these challenges. Hagar is of gypsy heritage, running a pawn shop until a missing heir can be found, while the widow Mrs. Delamere sells valuable pearls to high-end clients. Thieves, murderers, kidnappers, and more await them, but they never give up, and manage to solve a few mysteries before they inevitably find their true loves.
