We Are All Pinocchio

You think you know this story. You don't.

This is not the tale of a puppet who lies. It is the odyssey of a soul trapped in matter - drawn to false lights, dragged from crossroads to crossroads, searching for something it cannot yet name.

Pinocchio becomes a real boy. But Lucignolo doesn't. And the reason is not what you think.

This edition features the complete, unedited text by Carlo Collodi, accompanied by an extensive prologue by playwright Edoardo Sorrentino that opens the text rather than closes it. Not a projection, not a moral reading. A map. The one the book was already carrying.

A brand-new English translation, without losing Tuscany.
The Italian names. The original bite. No Disneyfication.

An independent volume crafted with absolute respect for traditional typography: generous margins, clean layout, and elegant typesetting designed specifically for those who reject automated formatting and still know how to enjoy the beauty of a hand-crafted page.

Edoardo Sorrentino is an actor and playwright. This theatrical anatomy is the core of his work on stage.
