Live It Up

Live It Up is a collection of words that rhyme and expand consciousness and time. These poems have moved and shifted me at different points in my life-when I felt separate, stuck, alone, desperate, hopeful, grateful, and everything in between. They continue to inspire me to live more authentically, heal my being, embrace my space, and open my heart. I hope these words remind you of who you truly are, what you're capable of, and where your strength lies-not in the ego that keeps us separate, but in the heart that keeps us centered and connected to the whole source of life.
