Twelve years ago, Captain Thunder disappeared from public view, having been accused of crimes against his country. Now his son, who has inherited his father's electrical powers, seeks out his father and the truth about what happened. Can these two superpowered heroes from different eras, with different outlooks, work together toward the common good? By comic book superstars Roy and Dann Thomas from Heroic Publishing.
