National Tragedy

Conservative Prime Minister Andrew Butler is assassinated in the garden of his home in Sussex. An anti-personnel mine was planted in his bird hide. Among the suspects, the terror groups, Jihadi suicide bombers and domestic white supremacists, the name Michael Butler is flagged up. A onetime Captain in Her Majesty's Intelligence Corps, Michael Butler is the PM's younger brother, noted for his free spirit and his neutrality, both politically and socially. He is also the father of the PM's stepdaughter, Cristina. The only problem with him being named among the suspects is that he was reported MIA and later confirmed dead, more than a decade before.
