Tired of being told your fatigue, weight gain, and brain fog are simply "hormone imbalances" requiring lifelong replacement therapy? You're not alone - and you're not getting the whole story.
In this groundbreaking addition to the R.E.S.T.O.R.E. MILA Series, Dr. Christopher Thoma reveals why hormone dysfunction - from low thyroid to testosterone deficiency to the metabolic chaos driving the Ozempic craze - is actually a symptom of deeper terrain dysfunction, not a standalone disease requiring permanent medication.
Through compelling patient stories and cutting-edge science, you'll discover why your body stopped producing hormones properly, why replacement therapy often makes things worse, and how the R.E.S.T.O.R.E. MILA protocol can restore your body's natural hormone function from the inside out.
Your hormones aren't lying. They're trying to tell you something.
Thomas à Kempis was born Thomas Hemerken in Kempen, in the Rhineland, around 1380. He spent most of his life as an Augustinian canon regular at Mount St. Agnes, near Zwolle in the Netherlands, where he copied manuscripts, wrote, and advised novices. His community belonged to the Devotio Moderna, a reform movement that stressed simple, practical devotion and the inner life. He died in 1471. The Imitation of Christ is traditionally attributed to him, though its authorship has been debated.
