This guide, written from the perspective of a three decade long depression sufferer, is intended to help "normal" people better understand why we are broken, how our point of view differs from regular people, and why a cute meme or an inspirational poster will not help us.

Through blunt language and real world examples, this guide will not only help you identify how you are making the lives of depression and mental illness sufferers worse but also some of the why's.
