Trese

TRESE: Bloodlines Volume 2 is a dark urban fantasy anthology that explores the diverse methods the Trese family uses to combat the supernatural. The collection is divided into three distinct narratives:

The Library of the Lost: Prof. Rick Trese embarks on a frantic race across the Philippine archipelago. To rescue Alexandra from a mystical limbo, he must recover three ancient grimoires guarded by a terrifying gauntlet of aswang, kapre, and renegade black monks.

A Higher Decision of Instinct: In the heart of Manila's business district, a corporate office has become a literal living hell. Fr. Matthias Trese and the St. Gregory division discover a company where the "tireless" workforce is actually a legion of possessed souls. They must perform a mass exorcism before the demonic infection spreads beyond the office walls.

Kundiman: A journey into the past reveals the transformation of young Carlos Trese. Before he was the feared Verdugo, he was a student of the blade. This story captures the trials and tragedies that forged him into the ultimate aswang hunter and earned him the legendary twin blades, Parusa and Sentensiya.
