Born into a world with only seven days to live, Sim faces the same choice everyone does: how will he spend them? Is there something greater to hope for? A short story from Guys Read: Other Worlds, edited by Jon Scieszka.
In a life that lasts just one week, what does it take to find hope?
- A Race Against Time: With birth, childhood, and old age all compressed into eight frantic days, every single second counts.
- A World of Extremes: Survive a brutal planet where nights of deadly frost give way to days of burning fire.
- Dystopian Survival: On a world where life is cheap and brutal, a single abandoned spaceship on a distant mountain offers the only chance of escape.
