Dr Jen Wilson is an Advanced Practitioner, with expertise in running performance, injury risk, and physical activity for disease prevention. She is also a Sports Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach specialising in functional fitness and return to activity after injury. Jen is a trustee of the FiiT for Life Charity and co-director of FiiT for Life Education.
