The story paints the 3 monotheistic religions in poor light, and it was suggested he use a pseudonym to avoid a Fatwa, the Inquisition and/or Mossad. Not necessarily in that order. Ryan Browne created God Hates Astronauts a story of superheroes, NASA, farmers, and more jokes per page than any other comic in history (probably). He has also created Curse Words, and Eight Billion Genies, among other series.
Caroline Cash is a cartoonist from South Carolina. Her work has been featured in The New Yorker, MoMA, The Nib, VICE, and various other publications and institutions. In 2024 she drew the newspaper comic strip NANCY for a month. She is currently working on her Eisner and Ignatz award winning series PeePeePooPoo, as well as an untitled graphic novel for Drawn and Quarterly. She loves Marceline the Vampire Queen.
