Destiny Rising

TWO HEROES. FOUR MAGICAL OBJECTS. ONE ROMANTIC ADVENTURE.

Shauna’s idyllic life as the daughter of a local Ri, or king, is shattered one day when enemy invaders step foot on their land. Not only are they ruthless and strong, but the attackers seem to be made of darkness itself, disappearing without a trace before her very eyes.

She brushes it aside as the stuff of legends. The stories of her family suggest that such  powers exist, and that her ancestors used them to protect their people many years before.

But magic isn’t real. The horrors of their world are decidedly human.

Conor is the right-hand man to Ri Brian, a king many believe will bring Ireland and its territories prosperity. Like Shauna, he sees the darkness and how it surrounds their latest enemies. Only, he believes in it.

When the two meet, it’s as if their destinies are intertwined. They’re soon thrust on a quest to uncover the four gifts of the Tuatha de Dannan, hidden artifacts that can turn the tides of war and protect the people of Ireland.

They must find the gifts and harness the magic of light, or else their world will be plunged into darkness forever.
