48+ hours since Chat GPT-4V has started rolling out for Plus and enterprise users.
Incredible use cases and potential.
10 of the best examples I've seen. So far...
1. Education
ChatGPT breaks down this diagram of a human cell for a 9th grader.
This is the future of education.
2. Product photography
Wait, what?
Chat GPT-4V vision just directed a full-on product photography shoot for Halloween and Christmas!
It even gave me feedback 😅
3. Python to Javascript
Asking GPT-4V to convert a SCREENSHOT of Python code to Javascript.
Works flawlessly.
4. Whiteboard > Code
You can give ChatGPT a picture of your team’s whiteboarding session and have it write the code for you.
This is absolutely insane.
5. Check/Give answers to multiple questions
OMG

6. Interior design ideas
GPT-4 vision for interior design. 🏠
I love how it's incorporating what it knows about me in the suggestion because of custom instructions.
Really incredible technology.
7. Help you understand the meaning (of something)
This is absolutely wild. I am completely speechless.
8. Deciphering handwriting
Pretty cool. AI is better at deciphering handwriting than I am.
Prof. Breen asked if GPT-4 with vision can read Robert Boyle’s handwritten manuscript. It does well!
Likely going to be a big deal for a number of academic fields, especially as the AI can “reason” about the text.

9. Image to live website
From image to live website using GPT-4 vision and @Replit in less than a minute.
Things are about to get so interesting. 🔥
10. Analyzing graphs
Its ability to read a graph (I made this one myself) is pretty impressive. It gets all he text, even the ones turned sideways, and it does a good job matching columns. It can be slightly off on the percentages, though.
As of right now, everybody does not have access to CPT-4V - it's rolling out.
I have access, and I've been running tests. Will share my thoughts and findings soon.
E.g. Although these examples are mindblowing - it is not always accurate - it can hallucinate and miss things.
