Beginning with the “Requirement” column, score them with either a 3 (high importance), 2 (moderate importance), or 1 (low importance). Then do the same for the “Return” and “Reward” columns. Once you’ve created ratings for every item in all three columns, add the scores. Based on the scores, rank your responsibilities in order using the far left column.
